I like the way you designed your newspaper. I have also amazed by your outlines. You have a wonderful header by using Gradient in Paint.net. But there is one thing that you need to improve is you need to make your words bigger. If there aren't enough space, you can delete some information that you don't really need so that we can see it bigger.
